Контагиозный моллюск – заболевание, вызванное вирусной инфекцией. Проявляется на животе, на внутренней поверхности бедер и половых органах в виде эритематозных узлов. Протекание инкубационного периода составляет от двух недель до нескольких месяцев.
Симптомы
Заболевание проявляется узелками размером 1 мм-1 см, они становятся видны в срок от 3 до 6 недель после инфицирования. По цвету узелки ничем не отличаются от нормального состояния кожи, с легкой розовинкой, в единичном или множественном количестве. В центре узелки с небольшой впадиной (по своем виду схожи с человеческим пупком). Если надавить на данный узелок, происходит творожистое выделение.
Диагностика и лечение
Диагностировать данное заболевание несложно из-за клинической специфики. Быстрота процесса выздоровления зависит:
- от симптомов;
- стадии, в которой находится данное заболевание;
- иммунитета больного.
- механическое выскабливания узелков с обработкой 5% раствором йода;
- азотное прижигание;
- наложение противовирусных мазей и иммуностимуляторов.
- применение антибиотиков группы тетрациклинов.
