Нейродермит является кожным заболеванием хронического типа протекания, когда чередуются обострения болезни, чаще по сезонным причинам, и ремиссия. Природа данного заболевания нейроаллергическая.
Его часто диагностируют у детей в виде пищевой аллергии, которая к подростковому возрасту походит и без лечения. Аллергический нейродермит нередко сопровождается сопутствующими болезнями, например, бронхиальной астмой, крапивницей и проч. Диагностика нейродермита нередка и у взрослых, однако в таком возрасте природа болезни чаще психосоматическая.
Причины нейродермита могут быть самыми разными: контакт с пищевым или бытовым аллергеном, болезни ЖКТ, нарушения вегетативной и нервной систем организма, перенапряжение, стресс, плохие питание и режим и т.д. Дополнительными неблагоприятными условиями являются наследственная предрасположенность и слабый иммунитет.
Симптомы нейродермита
Заболевание проявляет себя небольшими блестящими узелковыми высыпаниями, которые сначала визуально не видны, но сильно зудят, и только с расчесыванием проявляются на коже.
Изначально очаги не имеют отличия по цвету, но вскоре приобретают розовато-бурый оттенок, впоследствии покрываются чешуйками, а в дальнейшем обесцвечиваются. На их месте могут возникать новые очаги. Наиболее частые места появления — промежность, пах, межъягодичная складка, на шее и под коленками.
Диагностика нейродермита осложняется тем, что симптомы его схожи с симптомами других кожных заболеваний.
Лечение нейродермита включает назначение антигистаминных препаратов, витаминов, средств для поддержания нервной системы, ферментов, применение мазей, физиотерапии, соблюдение диеты.
