Склеродермия – видоизменения кожного покрова и соединительных тканей (отвердение, утолщение), связанное с гипервыработкой с последующим накоплением коллагена, чаще встречается у женщин, нежели у мужчин.
Симптомы
К основным симптомам можно отнести:
- Психологический стресс, холод, в результате которых происходит сужение мелких сосудиков в ногах и руках, вызывающее изменение цвета кожного покрова.
- Нарушения в работе пищевода.
- Стягивание на лице, на руках кожи, отечность в области пальцев и кистей, уплотнения некоторых участков кожи.

- Линейная - в виде неровной ленточной формы с утолщением кожного покрова на конечностях и лобной части. В большей степени болезнь поражает какую-то одну часть тела.
- Бляшечная – овальной формы бляшки с утолщениями, по средине белого цвета и пурпурными краями. В большинстве случаев проходит спустя 3-5 лет, оставляя темные пятна.
- анализ крови на уровень некоторых антител;
- биопсия – исследование небольшого кусочка пораженной кожи;
- осмотр кожного покрова.
